Guaranteed Transition
Moving from one role to another never disrupts operations.
Each transfer includes a transition period (2–4 weeks) managed with the support of HR and both managers.
A handover checklist covers tasks, projects, system access, and contacts, supervised by a dedicated referent.
Only once the handover is complete does the official start in the new role begin.
